Gildform, the all-in-one, on-demand jewelry design and manufacturing platform is seeking an experienced Sales Rep to join our team.

By harnessing the power of the Gildform Platform—including the Marketplace, OS, and ERP—you’ll open up boundless opportunities for revenue growth, both by nurturing an existing book of business and by tapping into new markets with your strategic vision.


  • Empowering Creators: By introducing creators to our platform, Sales Representatives unlock new possibilities for jewelry design and production. Their work directly contributes to the empowerment of creators around the world, enabling them to bring their ideas to life more efficiently and creatively.


  • Becoming an Industry Expert: With Gildform, you will deepen your understanding of the jewelry design and manufacturing process, becoming a trusted advisor to our creators. Your insights into the value of our products and services, set against the backdrop of the wider industry landscape, will be instrumental in articulating the unique benefits of Gildform, engaging potential new users, and retaining existing ones.


  • Delivering Exceptional Service: High-quality customer service and client retention are at the heart of what you do. Through client calls, training, and thorough onboarding, you ensure that every customer's experience with Gildform is second to none. Your efforts in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships drive retention and open up upsell opportunities, directly influencing our success and growth.


  • Influencing Product Development: Your front-line position allows you to gather invaluable feedback directly from the market. This feedback is critical, informing our product development team and ensuring that Gildform's offerings continuously evolve to meet the changing needs of our creators.


  • Exceeding Targets: With a combination of your SAAS sales experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you are perfectly positioned to exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to our company's growth. Your ability to work independently and as part of our team ensures that we remain at the cutting edge of the jewelry industry.



  • Cultivating Relationships: Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with our creators is essential. Sales Representatives ensure that our users feel supported and valued, fostering a sense of community and loyalty that is vital for our long-term success.



WHAT YOU'D BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for growing revenue through the sale of Gildform solutions around the world. You will become an industry expert in the Gildform Platform which consists of Gildform Marketplace, Gildform OS, and Gildform ERP. You will have your own book of business, qualified leads to develop, and a boundless territory to sell to. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a track record of taking initiative, making things happen, and thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.


  • Developing and executing a detailed business plan to manage and grow revenue opportunities from within an existing book of business, and with new prospects in your market
  • Understanding the value of Gildform products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate the advertising of Gildform in a manner meaningful to our creators
  • Delivering high quality customer service and client retention through client calls, training and thorough on-boarding of new customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current Gildform users to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with potential new users, demonstrating the value of our platform and converting leads into active customers.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demand.
  • Managing a sales pipeline, activity metrics and monthly sales forecasts.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record in SAAS sales, with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the jewelry design and manufacturing process, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience with high profile brands and partnerships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Hubspot, Trello, Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, Word/Google Docs and Mighty Networks is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
